The Floating Balloon

Sam is walking home from school. The sun is shining, and the sky is blue. On his way, he sees a little girl crying in the park. She is looking up at the sky. Sam stops and asks, “Why are you crying?” The little girl points at a red balloon floating high in the air. “My balloon flew away,” she says. Sam wants to help. He looks around and sees a long stick on the ground. He picks it up and tries to reach the balloon, but it is too high. Then, he has an idea. He runs to a toy shop nearby and buys a new red balloon. Sam gives the new balloon to the girl. Her eyes shine with happiness. “Thank you so much!” she says. Sam smiles and continues walking home. He feels good because he made someone happy.
